Mr. Konevic established his reputation during a transformative period in the 1990s and early 2000s, as financial institutions entered the insurance sector and reshaped the competitive landscape. Anticipating the challenges around customer retention and long-term value, he invested millions into innovative value-added programs and strategic marketing initiatives that helped redefine client engagement across the industry. His pioneering concepts, most notably programs like “Free Security Systems”, set new benchmarks in customer acquisition and loyalty, with models that continue to influence markets across North America and globally.
Building on this success, Mr. Konevic has expanded into a range of industries worldwide, developing and managing a diverse portfolio of businesses and intellectual properties. Known for his ability to navigate complex ventures, he brings expertise in financing, management, niche strategy, product development, global distribution, and international relationship building. Beyond his professional achievements, he is a devoted father of five and a passionate musician, drawing on creativity and discipline to continually identify emerging opportunities and set new standards for innovation and growth. Paige Tews
Paige Yaroshuk-Tews, Miami’s all-time winningest women’s tennis coach, is currently in her 29th season with the program (25th as head coach) and was named Director of Men’s and Women’s Tennis in 2024. A 2012 Miami Hall of Famer, she has led the Hurricanes to constant national success, including 15 Sweet 16s, eight Elite Eight appearances and a 2006 national runner-up finish. She has coached three NCAA singles champions, one NCAA doubles runner-up, produced 40 ITA All-Americans and developed multiple ACC Players of the Year and academic standouts.
Alex Santos
Alex Santos holds a degree in Sports Sciences from the Faculdade de Motricidade Humana and has completed all but his dissertation toward a PhD in Exercise Physiology at the University of Miami. A highly accomplished coach, he has been named National Assistant Coach of the Year twice, coached the nation’s No. 1 player, and guided multiple players to a National Singles Championship (2023 & 2025). During his tenure with the University of Miami women’s tennis program, Santos helped lead the team to both regular-season and conference.
Gavin MacMillan
Gavin is particularly known for his work in tennis biomechanics, where he has contributed to the performance development of elite players, including Grand Slam Champions such as Coco Gauff and Aryna Sabalenka. His approach integrates movement efficiency, force production, and injury prevention to optimize performance in high-demand sporting environments. As the driving force behind Sport Science Lab, Gavin has developed a unique training methodology that bridges the gap between science and practice. SSL operates internationally, providing education & certification.
